RETURN POLICY
"Pure Natural Products" is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased any product from Pure Natural Products and are unhappy, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund/exchange if requested within 3 days from the date of delivery.
In the event the customer receives any damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was ordered, the Customer shall notify us within the aforementioned period of 3 days
Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the invoice
If any product is returned without the packaging, the product shall not be accepted for return and shall be sent back to you.
We reserve the right not to accept return of products which (i) we believe are being returned after use, or (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged products having been delivered to you).
Discounted products bought during sale period are not applicable for return or exchange.
Amount paid for the purchase of products will be refunded to the same source of transaction
Delivery charges will not be reimbursed
